Rumors of any rifts between the past and present stars of Spider-Man can officially be put to rest as Kirsten Dunst, the Mary Jane of the aughties, went out of her way to meet and hang with the current cast of the much beloved comic film! HollywoodLife was there as Kirsten, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield partied together at the Bowery Hotel in NYC May 4 — and they seem to be the best of freinds!
Emma, Andrew and SNL funnyman Jason Sudekis were enjoying a drink at a table next to Kirsten when the actress took the chance to introduce herself to the group. “Hey Spidey Crew,” the super svelte and prettier than ever Kirsten shouted as she approached the table.
From there, former Spider-Man star Kirsten chatted with Andrew and Emma for over an hour, making jokes about the elaborate stunts the film required and the intense physical demands. The rumoredly difficult actress, who acted nothing but super sweet and down-to-earth, even complimented Emma and Andrew on their remarkable acting abilities, proclaiming how great the film would be!
The group called it quits a little after 3 in the morning, with all going their separate ways. Kirsten with pals Laura and Kate Mulleavy, the designers of Rodarte, and Emma with Andrew. Also to be noted, Andrew and Emma seem to have become close friends over the course of shooting as they chatted away all night with pals.
